Last updated: July 15, 2026

NewCulture.Co(“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit newculture.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us— such as your name and email address when you subscribe to our list, fill out a contact form, or purchase a product.
  • Information collected automatically— such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and how you interact with our pages. This is gathered through cookies and analytics tools described below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as the pages you view, the time you spend on them, the links you click, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and your device and browser type.

We use this data only in aggregate, to improve our content, measure the performance of our pages, and make our site more useful. Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default, and we do not use it to personally identify you.

Google may use the collected data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our analytics provider use them to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is used. The main cookies on our site are:

  • Analytics cookies— set by Google Analytics (for example _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and track usage trends.
  • Functional cookies— used to keep the site working properly during your visit.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site function.

Email Subscriptions

When you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free resource, we collect your email address through our email provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit). We use it to send you the content you requested, occasional updates, and offers related to our services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Purchases

When you buy a product, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We do retain order information needed to deliver your product and provide support.

Findable Pro, the Marketing Hub & Connected Accounts

Findable Pro is our SEO monitoring and advice service, delivered through the NewCulture Marketing Hub at grow.newculture.co. When you sign in with Google, our application appears as “NewCulture Co: Findable Pro.”

The Marketing Hub lets you connect your marketing and analytics accounts so we can display your performance data, generate insights, and take actions you authorize. Supported connections include Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

For Findable Pro specifically, we request read-only access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data. We use that data solely to show your search performance, traffic, and tracked keywords in your client portal and to prepare your monthly report and recommendations.

When you connect an account, we access it through the platform’s official API using the permissions you approve during the connection process. Depending on the platform and the scopes you grant, this data may include search and traffic metrics, ad campaign performance and spend, business listing information and reviews, page and profile insights, audience statistics, and content performance data.

We use data from connected accounts only to:

  • Display your data back to you inside the Marketing Hub
  • Generate reports, insights, and recommendations for you, including your monthly Findable Pro report
  • Perform actions in your accounts that you have explicitly authorized
  • Provide support you request

We do not sell data from connected accounts, use it for advertising, share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Human access to this data is limited to cases where you ask for support, where it is necessary for security or debugging, or where the law requires it.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted. We retain data retrieved from connected accounts only as long as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect an account, we stop accessing it and delete its access tokens; data previously retrieved from that account is deleted within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it.

Revoking access. You can disconnect any account from within the Marketing Hub at any time, or revoke our access directly in the platform’s settings — for example, your Google Account permissions, Meta Business Integrations settings, or your TikTok or Pinterest connected app settings. You can also email us at hello@newculture.co to request deletion of your connected account data.

Findable Browser Extension

Our Chrome extension, Findable: SEO Structure Checker, does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or browsing data. All analysis runs locally in your browser: when you click the extension icon, it reads the current page’s on-page elements (such as the title tag, headings, and meta tags), displays the results in the extension popup, and discards them when the popup closes.

The extension makes no network requests and sets no cookies. The only data that ever leaves your browser is if you choose to click a link in the extension to newculture.co, which carries standard campaign parameters in the URL (identifying that the visit came from the extension), after which this website’s policy above applies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver products, resources, and services you request
  • To respond to your questions and provide support
  • To analyze and improve our site and content
  • To send updates and marketing you have opted in to
  • To protect our site and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We share data only with the providers that help us run the site and the Marketing Hub, including Google Analytics, our email provider (Kit), our payment processor, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. When you connect accounts in the Marketing Hub, the platforms you connect (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on linked above, and manage cookies in your browser. To make any other request, email us at hello@newculture.co.

Children’s Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
