All Sales Are Final

All products sold by NewCulture Consulting are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the immediate, downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

We’re Here to Help

Your experience matters to us. If you run into any issues accessing, downloading, or using your purchased files, we will work with you to resolve the problem. Our commitment is to make sure you receive and can use the product you paid for.

If you experience any of the following, please reach out and we’ll make it right:

  • You did not receive your download link after purchase
  • The file is corrupted or won’t open properly
  • You received the wrong product
  • You’re having technical difficulties with the file format

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.

For any questions about your purchase or to report a delivery issue, please email us at hello@newculture.co. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the loss of access to your purchased products and future purchases.

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our site and purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
