Recently, I had the chance to sit down with Dave Prior of the LeadingAgile SoundNotes podcast to chat about how we use Scrum at NewSpring Church to innovate and deliver value to all types of customers.
Myself, along with a few people on my team at NewSpring Church travelled to Georgia to attend a LeadingAgile CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Training class to improve our skills and become more familiar with the agile methodology we use every day. Through the process, we were able to learn new ways of using process to help streamline our development efforts.
